Icon Custom Home Builder LLC, is a general contracting company
specializing in building Designer Homes and capable of completing
any and all phases of construction from site selection, site
preparation, floor plan design and layout, to completion of
construction. Icon is licensed, bonded, and insured company in
Texas. Responsible for all aspects of construction from bidding
process through completion. Provide and perform all functions
necessary to conduct business on a daily basis to include budgeting,
forecasting, supervision of work in progress, and interfacing with
clients. Bidding processes, ordering, purchasing, receiving,
inventory, and scheduling all materials/supplies, budgeting, sales,
marketing, accounting, and human resources activities.
Icon Custom Home Builder, LLC is a
limited liability company established 5/9/05 for the purposes of
constructing custom/semi-custom homes in the $250,000 to $400,000
price range. Carlos X. Garcia and his wife, Juanita Garcia, are 100%
owners of the company. Carlos has been employed since 1993 as a
lieutenant with the El Paso Fire Department. He started building
homes for another company. Juanita was employed for 3 years as a
teacher with the Clint Independent School District prior to her
joining her husband as the company’s Vice President and Secretary.
The company is a member of the El Paso Association of Builders, the
Hispanic Builders Alliance, Engery Star Parnter, Better Business
Bureau and is TRCC registered and insured.

created the "In Touch Progress Program". With the purchase of each home
the homeowner will receive a private web site to facilitate regular
communication and the progress of the build. When completed our customer
gets a book that shows the progress for your own home collection from
beginning to end. At Icon we want every customer to feel as if they are

Relationship

construction time is 4 to 6 months from the time we break ground.
